jl7 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jl7 platform available at jl7.live (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jl7 Platform. Continued use of any jl7 service following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

To register and use jl7, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by jl7 or any relevant regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jl7 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

jl7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) active account on the jl7 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your jl7 account and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify jl7 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your account on your behalf.

jl7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorized access will be treated as authorized.

All financial transactions on the jl7 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jl7 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. jl7 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if jl7 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

jl7 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jl7 bears no responsibility.

jl7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to verified players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• jl7 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a bonus if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

Players who wish to opt out of receiving bonus offers may contact jl7 support to have their account flagged as "no bonus." This preference can be reversed at any time by contacting support.

All games available on the jl7 Platform — including live casino games, slots, bingo, card games such as Callbreak, golf simulation, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

jl7 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games and sources its live dealer content from reputable, independently audited game providers. The outcomes of all games are determined fairly and cannot be influenced by jl7 or any player.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, jl7 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. jl7's decision in such matters is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl7 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or card game formats.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using the jl7 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to otherwise launder money in violation of Philippine law.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or e-wallet provider. jl7 will pursue recovery of any funds subject to fraudulent chargebacks.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jl7 staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the jl7 Platform — including but not limited to the jl7 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jl7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jl7 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any jl7 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use jl7 branding or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorization.

jl7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jl7 implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls — to protect your personal and financial information. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and jl7 cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

jl7 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.

jl7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl7 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party game providers.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

jl7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl7 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jl7's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

jl7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other jl7 policy.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Upon termination for cause, jl7 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to applicable verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting jl7 support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcome.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and jl7, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jl7 support. jl7 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jl7 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

jl7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jl7 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at jl7.live/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting jl7 support before the amendment takes effect.
